ASSISTANCE NEEDED
----------------------------------------

Dear Sir/Lady,

Forgive me if this message comes to you as a surprise. It is my hope that you wont be offended by contacting you through this channel without prior consent. I got your name from the network www.orkut.com. (Actually, Orkut and I go back a long way; we went to school together in Stanford.) How happy I was to find your name on Orkut’s list! I must admit it, though, that it was after many prayers and serious fasting that I was finally encouraged to write to you. There is something very special that connects us. And at this turning point in my life, I feel compelled to share with you my story as my wealth.

See, many things have happened in recent years. Since you are familiar with the history of Litbel, you might also understand why, after exile, my family sought asylum in Smolensk. That ended with a devastating sequence of events that involved the assassination of my father, who was supportive of the movement. My mother and I were able to escape. We went to a nearby farm with my five siblings, including my husband, Anatol Hrabbia. We stayed there until the tensions dissipated, and immediately after moved to Tokelau. Unfortunately, while traveling through Isfahaan, Anatol passed away from an infectious and deadly virus.

Before Anatol’s death--as if he had predicted that something was to happen--he gave me some documents pertaining to an account he had created with Ultimiere, Inc., a private security company in Vilnius, Lithuania (www.ultimiere.com). I never understood why, but I recently learned that the account holds twenty five million US dollars. This is very useful and timely! Thus, I have decided to leave this country. My first trip will be, of course, to Vilnius. I would like for you to join me there and to help me transfer this fund. I will invest it on my children’s upbringing, and in your country.

To do so, you would only need to commit to:

  1. Keeping this transaction totally confidential;
  2. Assisting me in investing my share of the fund into a viable business venture, as I have little knowledge or clue of how and where to invest this huge lump of money;
  3. Performing in a transparent, honest and diligent manner, and agreeing not to divulge the original amount of the fund nor the percentage offered to you now or at any point in a transaction.

As compensation, I will grant you 30% of the total funds, while 65% will be for my family and me; the remaining 5% will be set aside to defray incidental charges that may be incurred in the course of this initial transaction. This transaction is 100% risk free but need utmost secrecy and confidentiality due to my condition in my country.

I know Litbel, or Belit as my father liked to refer to it, is no longer officially in existence. But I also know that your spirit is to help others and to re-make bridges that may have long ago been dismantled. I trust that you will be able to assist me with this. Please respond immediately, as this is a matter of urgency. I can provide you with more detailed information soon after.

Yours sincerely,

Viktoria Tikrai

P.S. Before Anatol death in Isfahaan, we were able to stop in Dilijan, a small town in Armenia with the most lovely spring water. There, we were able to dine on roasted capons stuffed with dates and couscous garnished with pomegranates. I hope to share such a meal with you someday.
